Kevin Buffett, CEO
Kevin Buffett is the Founder and CEO of 43 Holdings, parent company of Atascadero Hay & Feed. With a background in construction, agriculture and trucking, Kevin brings diverse experience to Atascadero Hay & Feed and the other 43 Holdings business entities, where he now oversees all strategic planning and daily operations. When Kevin isn’t at Atascadero Hay & Feed, he enjoys his purebred and exotic cattle and volunteers his time as a Driver/Operator with CalFire San Luis Obispo.
Errick Hicks, COO
Errick Hicks is the Chief Operating Officer of 43 Holdings and all of its entities, including Atascadero Hay & Feed. After joining the team in 2012, Errick has successfully scaled the business to reach its ambitious growth goals. In his role, Errick is responsible for all daily operations, finances, personnel and the overall logistics of the business. When he’s not managing Atascadero Hay & Feed and the other 43 Holdings businesses, he’s camping, spending time in the desert or at the lake, and hanging with his dogs River and Rocky.
Sharyl Judd, General Manager
Sharyl serves as General Manager of Atascadero Hay & Feed, where she helps oversee daily operations while ensuring customers receive the knowledgeable, hometown service the store has been known for for decades. With a passion for agriculture, animals, and supporting the local community, Sharyl works closely with hobby farmers, ranchers, 4-H and FFA families, pet owners, and backyard flock enthusiasts throughout the Central Coast.
Known for her friendly approach and extensive product knowledge, Sharyl takes pride in helping customers find practical solutions for their animals.
